At The Aaish Foundation, we deeply value the trust and generosity of our donors. Every contribution, gift, or grant is accepted at the discretion of TheAaishFoundation.org and must align with our mission to support medical aid, rare disorders, clean water projects, and helping the needy in Pakistan.

We will only accept gifts that can be used to support our charitable programs and bring meaningful impact to the lives of those we serve. Contributions that carry conditions inconsistent with our purpose or values will not be accepted.

No donation, whether immediate or pledged, will be accepted if it could reasonably compromise the donor's financial security. We strongly encourage all donors to consult their financial or tax advisors before making a contribution. The Aaish Foundation does not offer legal or tax advice.

We gratefully accept donations in the form of cash or publicly traded securities. In-kind services or goods may also be accepted based on their relevance and usefulness to our programs, subject to review.

Certain contributions, such as real estate, personal property, non-liquid assets, or restricted gifts, may require evaluation due to potential obligations or liabilities they may carry. Additionally, we reserve the right to review the source of any donation to ensure full transparency and alignment with our mission.

For all accepted donations, The Aaish Foundation will issue acknowledgments in accordance with applicable tax regulations. Except for cash and publicly traded securities, we do not assign a monetary value to in-kind gifts in our receipts.

The theaaishfoundation.org will respect the intent of the donor relating to gifts for restricted purposes and those relating to the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous gifts, the theaaishfoundation.org will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.

The theaaishfoundation.org will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to the theaaishfoundation.org.
